Weekly Challenge Update

Tomorrow morning is the opener for Turkey season for my husband and I. We will be heading up to the cabin tonight and I will not be here to monitor posts for the challenge...and to give everyone a little more time, I am going to extend the deadline until tomorrow night. So we will have a winner Monday evening after 8. So you have until then to post.

On that note, there will be no weekly challenge this week because of the Easter Holiday...WAY TOO BUSY!!!

I am TRYING to post pictures tonight, and of course....it isn't working. So it is looking like I will have a double post in the morning tomorrow.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I finished my Ph. D. from CTMH tonight.  I am so excited and will blog about it more in the morning! I have to say.....I am proud of myself.

Weekly Challenge 2

This week the challenge is very simple. You must use at least three squares on your card and it must be spring in nature somehow.  The spring can be a nice spring color palette, flowers, birds, anything really that you think of as spring! And yes, a square card will count for one of your squares!

Here are the rules again....
1. In order to enter you have to be a follower, so if you aren't already click that follow button!
2. The project you create must be your own...no direct scrap-lifting allowed (instead get creative, I know you can!)
3. Follow the parameters that are set for that weeks challenge, otherwise....we won't be able to include you in the drawing for that week....but will still love looking at your artwork anyways.
4. Entries must be posted by that weeks Sunday at 7:00 PM.
5. Just put your link up in the comments section of the blog to your work.  If you do not have your creation posted in a web format somewhere, don't worry, simply email me your pic at talldreamsdesign@gmail.com and I will get it on the site!

This weeks winner will be selected based on the requirements, creativity, overall design, and craftsmanship!

We had two entries this week...I'm hoping more in the future, so in second place was Amanda, with this adorable lady bug card! It makes me want to go out and start gardening...even with the small snow pile.

As for the how to for this weeks project, blogger does not like the program that I used...duly noted, so I need to do a rewrite and it will be up tomorrow, if not tonight.
